Transbid Terms of Service Rules & Reporting System
It is a breach of the Transbid user agreement for any member of Transbid (transport provider or user) to post any of the following onto the Transbid web site:
Contact Information: The following contact information is not permitted to be mentioned on Transbid website.
- Company Name
- Web site URL's Email addresses
- Full Personal Name
- Telephone or Fax numbers
- Any contact information which implies the identity of the transport provider
Following an accepted bid all relevant information regarding the transport provider will be released to the user.
Other:
- Any swearing, hostile or intimidatory language
- Any posts which cite the Transbid fee or similar phrases
- Any posts which are directed at another transport provider
- Any postings which are directed at another transport provider
- Any posts whose purpose is to attempt to direct a user away from Transbid
- Any posts which are not related to the delivery in question
Why do we have these rules:
Transbid aim to thrive as a successful, safe and fair marketplace environment, we ask our members to abide by our rules, and report those who don’t abide by such rules. Transbid reserve the right to terminate any account in breach of our rules.
